He successfully founded and scaled Read Pro, India’s leading CRM platform for real estate developers and brokers, and led its strategic integration with Magic bricks, part of the Times Group. This landmark partnership transformed Read Pro from a promising startup into a national platform trusted by over 100,000 users, setting new benchmarks in Prop Tech performance and adoption.


Akshay is now leading his next venture as the Founder of ITS FOR YOU, joining hands with Broker App as Co-Founder to establish a premium buyer representation and high-net-worth property advisory brand.

He built this platform based on the insight that India’s luxury real estate buyers demand more than listings. Akshay is creating a service that combines the elegance of global brands like Sotheby’s with the guile and scale of India’s fastest-growing micro markets.


His mission is to serve buyers as a personal real estate concierge, curating ultra-luxury homes, gated villas, and next-generation towers in Greater Noida, Noida, and beyond.


At Broker App, Akshay brings not only a decade of deep technology and field experience but also his unmatched broker network, digital performance expertise, and a reputation for delivering value with heart.
